Chia Seed Pudding

Do you know that majority of the people all over the world think that good food means rich food which are very expensive from them one group is there who are believed that might be think that the food which need lots of ingredients is very good for health. I am telling you this is not true for all the time. 

Today I am going to share with you a healthy chia seed pudding  recipe and of course, a cause behind taking the recipe most of the people have already known the recipe but I don’t think so that you know about the ratio of the calorie and vitamins  contains in the chia seed recipe. After finishing the recipe I am going to share with you a complete medical view how it impact on your health to keep you sound and healthy.

  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based like almond, coconut, or oat milk)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • ¼ tsp cinnamon (optional, for warmth)
  • Fresh fruits (e.g., berries, banana slices, mango) for topping
  • Nuts and seeds (e.g., almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds) for crunch
  • Yogurt (optional, for creaminess)

Steps to Make Chia Seed Pudding:

Step 1: Mix Ingredients: In a bowl or jar, combine chia seeds, milk, sweetener, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Stir well to avoid seed clumping.

Step 2: Let It Rest: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the seeds to absorb the liquid and form a pudding-like consistency.

Step 3: Stir Again: After the first 15-20 minutes, stir the mixture again to ensure even absorption and prevent lumps.

Step 4: Check Consistency: Before serving, check if the pudding has thickened. If it’s too thick, add a splash of milk and mix.

Done: Serve & Enjoy: Top with fresh fruits, nuts, or yogurt for added taste and nutrition.
