How to Make Chili Chicken
- Prepare the Chicken:
- In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Add cornstarch, all-purpose flour, and the beaten egg to the marinated chicken. Mix well until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Fry the Chicken:
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
